My approach to life - personal, professional and everything else - is the “trio of wellness”: spiritual health, mental health, and physical health. Plus I really like to enjoy life and have a good time. Like Jimmy Buffett says, “If we couldn’t laugh, we would all go insane.”

Some additional random information about me:
• I’m a St. Louis native and moved to Kansas City for college. I relocated with my family to Houston in 2005 and still live there.
• I love to play and watch sports but have yet to embrace any Houston sports teams. I loyally follow KU basketball and St. Louis Cardinals baseball.
• People I’d love to meet include Alton Brown, David Sedaris and Vicki Iovine.
• My hobbies are gardening, fitness, scuba diving and music.
• I’m unapologetically and fervently infatuated with Billy Idol, STILL.
